Report Quality Analyst Job Vacancy

Main purpose of job

To create and amend printed output, meet customer requirements and address issues related to Crystal reports while adhering to quality standards and ensuring that minimum issues are reported on testing.

Main Responsibilities

1. Create and amend printed output including Print templates, crystal reports, ensuring all customer requirements are met.
2. Review and research on methods, styles and skills that will improve current work practices to ensure the best solutions, that take the least amount of time to implement
3. Investigate and resolve any issues reported from customer in the course of using printed output.
   

Key Skills

• Working knowledge of Crystal Reports and SQL scripting.
• Multi-faceted to be able to manage multiple projects.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Excellent time keeping skills
• Able to work confidently and effectively as part of a larger team or project.
• Ability to work with minimal supervision.
