Requirements:

Education & Qualifications - REQUIRED

* Graduate sales professional with Second upper class honors - least
* Academic background in sales and Marketing, Business.
* I.T skills
* Knowledge of Industry

Personality Characteristics - REQUIRED

* Tenacity, Excellent communication and reporting skills, empathy, persuasiveness and resilience
* Ability to assess situations quickly and act accordingly – 'think on your feet'
* Self-starter, capable of working without supervision
* Great negotiation skills and presentation skills

Experience - REQUIRED

* Has established Sales channels
* Demonstrable experience in sales management, ideally SM at regional level - 2 years
* Working in a cross-cultural environment
* Practical experience in working with external collaborators and partners
