Our client with five star lodges in Nakuru, Masaai Mara and Samburu are looking for candidates to fill the following vacancies
Culinary Chefs: Coordinate all operations within the kitchen ensuring quality foods, service standards and products for guests are constantly maintained.
Cooks: with experience in hot kitchen, vegetarian cuisine and pastry
Requirement:
A College certificates, diploma or a University degree as added advantage in food service management, Nutrition and Culinary Arts.
3 to 5 yrs of experience in management within hotel operating departments.
Computer literate
Good Knowledge and command of the English Language
Certification of First aid is necessary.
