An expanding flower farm in Naivasha invites applications for the following positions.

Production Supervisor

Qualifications

• Between the age of 25 - 35 years
• Must have academic qualification in Agriculture
• 4-5 years Experience in bedding Plants
• Good command in communication skills
• Ability to work under minimum supervision and meet deadlines

Storekeeper

Qualifications

• Between the age of 25 - 35 years
• Must have professional training in Stores and Supplies Management
• Have experience of at least 5 years in stores
• Good command in communication skills
• Valid certificate of good conduct
• Excellent leadership, management and coordination

Quality Controllers

Qualifications

• Form four and above
• Two years hands on experience on handling flowers
• Addition qualification shall be added advantage
• Good communication and interpersonal skills
• Must be a team player and ready to work with minimum supervision
  

Scouts

Qualifications

• C plain in 0 levels or Division II in KCE
• One year hands on experience in scouting and crop protection
• Diploma in Agriculture will be added advantage
• Good communication and interpersonal skills
• Must be ready to work with minimum supervision

Accounts Assistant

Qualifications

• Between the age of 25 - 35 years
• Must be a holder minimum CPA Part II
• Have experience of at least 2 years in posting books of prime entry
• Working knowledge of Micro Office, Quick books or any accounting package
• Ability to work under minimum supervision and meet deadlines

Export Assistants

Qualifications

• Between the age of 25 - 35 years
• Academic qualification in relevant field
• Experience of min.2 years in sales and marketing in horticultural firm.
• Computer literate, word, excel, access etc.
• Ability to work under minimum supervision and meet deadlines
• Good in documentation process for the shipments.
