Unit Managers Job Vacancies in an Insurance Company

Our client is a leading Life Insurance Company in Kenya.

We are seeking on their behalf suitable candidates to apply for the following job opportunities.

They are looking for dynamic Unit Managers who will be based at their Branch Offices in Mombasa, Nairobi, Machakos, Embu, Nyeri, Kisii and Nakuru reporting to the respective Sales Manager.

The successful candidates will be their business partners responsible for:

• Overseeing the development of profitable business operations in their units, that is, a team of ten or more Personal Financial Advisors.
• Recruiting, training and retaining Personal Financial Advisors to meet the set performance objectives.
• Assisting their teams with setting, and reaching progressive, but accurate, sales and performance goals.
• Assisting their teams to identify appropriate markets and marketing techniques.
• Ensuring that their Unit operations comply within the Company’s standards, policies and procedures.
• Prepare Unit weekly reports.

• Hold a Diploma or a university degree in a Business related field?
• Have you been in charge of a sales team before?
• Have you demonstrated strong leadership skills and a high level of motivation and performance record?
• Are you trustworthy, consistent with a high level of integrity?
• Are you a go getter that does get things done within reason?
• Are you computer literate?
