1. Human Resources Assistant

Duties & Responsibilities
  • Assist in the recruitment and selection of new staff.
  • Manage and maintain HRIS database to ensure highest data quality in the system at all times.
  • Maintain an accurate and efficient filing system, ensuring confidential matters are handled appropriately.
  • Process correspondence ensuring all reports are produced accurately and efficiently.
  • Assist the Training Officer in organizing training logistics, development and record keeping.
  • Assist in Performance Management, ensuring all documentation is appropriately filled and tracked.
  • Complete reports and auditing functions on an as needed basis.
Qualifications and Experience
  • University degree in Human Resources, Social Sciences or Business Administration.
  • Post Graduate Diploma in Human Resources Management.
  • Proven practical knowledge and experience in dealing with staff matters
Personal Specifications
  • Good inter-personal skills.
  • Well developed communication skills, both written and verbal, at staff all levels.
  • Good analytical skills, ability to deal with routine staff problems and queries.
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality.

2. Storekeeper

Duties & Responsibilities
  • Establish comprehensive stock management systems and procedures, while ensuring effective stock delivery to the operating departments.
  • Manage team members in a manner that ensures high degree of motivation, efficiency and discipline at all times.
  • Supervise the maintenance of effective procedures for proper monitoring and recording of goods received into and out of the stores.
  • Liaise with the Purchasing Manager and Executive Chef on required stock levels depending on the planned production levels.
  • Produce monthly stock reports, stock schedules and journal vouchers within the agreed deadlines.
  • Regularly follow up on LPO’s to ensure goods and materials ordered are delivered on time.
  • Ensure a comprehensive waste sales report is documented.
Qualifications and Experience
  • Bachelors Degree in Commerce or Business Administration.
  • Diploma in Supplies or Purchasing is desirable.
  • 2 years experience in a Purchasing or Warehouse Section.
Personal Specifications
  • Good analytical skills and attention to detail.
  • Well developed communication skills and ability to deal with staff at all levels.
  • Experience in supervision and control of staff.
