ICT Associate

Under the guidance and direct supervision of the ICT Analyst, the ICT Associate provides assistance to ICT Analyst in execution of ICT services in the country office, implements information management systems and strategies, provides daily technical support to users of information technology infrastructure and develop required ICT tools to improve efficiency.

The summary of key functions:

• Assist ICT Analyst in ensuring implementation of ICT strategies and introduction/implementation of new technologies.
• Ensure effective functioning of the CO hardware and software packages.
• Develop office automation tools and provide database and web management services.
• Systems/Network management, administration and maintenance.
• Provides administrative support.
• Provide ICT helpdesk support

Qualifications

Education

1. Completion of Secondary Education with specialized certification in Human Resources Management or related field.
2. A University Degree in Business or Public Administration, Human Resources Management or related fields would be desirable, but it is not a requirement.

Experience

1. At least 3 years of relevant HR experience is required at the national or international level.
2. Experience in the usage of computers and office software packages (MS Word, Excel, etc) and experience in handling of web based management systems.
