Technical Supervisor.

Our client, a company dealing in the selling, repair & maintenance of security equipment in Nairobi is seeking to recruit a highly motivated, dynamic and enthusiastic individual

Description:

We are looking for an individual who can demonstrate a “hands on approach” to running a large and diverse Maintenance Operation. The successful candidate must be flexible and willing to work anywhere within the country within short notice.

Key Responsibilities include but not limited to:-

* Supervision and adherence to provision of maintenance contract services
* Supervision and control of movement of technical staff
* Inspection of job cards to ensure the job’s well done and signed for on a daily basis
* Maintain all records, schedule and report all technical activity through appropriate reporting mechanisms
* Establish cost mechanisms, including labor and material for purchased and fabricated parts and costs for assembly, testing and installing.
* Inspect complete installations and observe installations to ensure conformance to design and equipment specifications and compliance with operational safety standards.
* Supervise and train technical staff as necessary
* Installation, maintenance and repair of electrical and electronic equipment.

Requirements:
Key Qualifications:-

* Diploma in Service and maintenance of electrical/ electronic equipment
* Must have not less than 3 years experience in servicing electrical and electronic equipment. Practical hands on experience in installation and maintenance of access control systems have an added advantage.
* Proficiency in the use of Ms Office
* A valid driving license
* Show initiative, innovation and high level efficiency.

* Excellent verbal & written communication and interpersonal skills
* Good leadership, time management & feedback
