A market leader specialising in Swimming Pools and Jacuzzis are seeking an Operations Manager to join their team.

Reporting to the Financial Controller and Managing Director this position is responsible for the day-to-day running of the Leisure division including strategy development and Human Resource coordination, material stocks, controls and purchasing, fabrication, installation and quality control management in addition to accounts, yearly plans and budgets and Sales and Marketing co-ordination\Overview

Duties will include:

• Maintain a qualified\trained team to fabricate structural metal work and install shade ports, swimming pools and jacuzzi’s.
• Ensure accurate up-to-date stock records and maintain strict stock controls. Ensure stock continuity of imported materials.
• Operate an efficient production facility for metal work and shade fabric. Ensure quality with maximum utilisation of resources.
• Ensure a high standard of Product delivery and installation.
• Ensure all accounting information is with the Accounts Department in good time.
• Assist the FC to prepare budgets and forecast for the year detailing proposed development plans and potential.
• Operate together with a Sales Team and management to maximise Sales and formulate effective Marketing strategy.
  

Qualifications

• Structural Engineering Qualification (Diploma/Degree)
• Minimum 5 years experience in a similar position.
• Excellent references are essential
