Position/Title: Human Resources Officer Department: Administration
Reports To: Managing Director or designate
Location: Nairobi
Position Status: Permanent
POSITION SUMMARY:
To handle all Group Human Resources issues
ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS
1. Administration and management of the Group medical and pension schemes
2. Resource management, recruitment, employee contracts
3. Handling Group travel, property and any other insurance
4. Managing Employee records, annual leave management
5. Staff review and appraisals, organizing staff training
6. Attending to all issues related to payroll, statutory deductions requirements, yearly and monthly returns
7. Employee relations and staff welfare
8. Responsible for any other work assigned by the Managing Director or his/her designate
MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS
EDUCATION University Graduate
Postgraduate/ professional qualification in Human Resources Management will be an added advantage
EXPERIENCE Minimum 3 years experience in a human resources role
SKILLS AND
KNOWLEDGE Computer Literate, Change management skills, excellent interpersonal skills
