Qualifications/Requirements/Competencies

Restaurant supervisor.

The applicant must have a certificate or diploma in food and beverage service/restaurant service from Utalii College or any other recognized similar institution and have a minimum of two (2) years experience. Should be outgoing assertive and able to organize and train service staff

Waiters.

The applicant must have at least a Certificate in Food and Beverage Techniques from Utalii College or any other reputable institution.1 Years work experience. Should be able to work under minimum supervision. Customer focused. Possess good communication and interpersonal skills. Knowledge of Micros Point of Sale System compulsory. Formal training and Knowledge of relevant up selling techniques. 25-30 Years of age.

Our client a construction company is looking to recruit for an experienced clerk of works for their construction site to work on a major residential houses/apartments being developed in Langata

Qualifications and Requirements.

The successful person should have:

• At least a certificate in Building and Civil Engineering or its equivalent from a recognized institution and have a minimum of two (2) years experience as a Clerk of Works/Building Supervisor,
• Should provide details of at least one (1). Similar projects undertaken in the last (1) year.
• He/she should have proven extensive and appropriate experience in the supervision of high rise and ultra modern residential complex development in Nairobi.
• Should provide names of three referees who would vouch for his/her competence and conduct.
