Signode Packaging Systems Ltd., Kenya (SPSL) is a subsidiary of Illinois Tool Works Inc., USA.

ITW is a US Fortune 200 diversified manufacturing company with nearly 100 years of history of meeting critical customer needs in a variety of industries.

SPSL would like to recruit suitably qualified candidates from Uganda and Tanzania for the following position.

Country Representative (One each for Uganda & Tanzania)

Role:

• Territory mapping, developing new customer / new applications and providing techno-commercial solutions to the customer
• Succeeding with customer applications, making technical presentations, conducting demonstrations and technical meets to promote the products.
• Developing and managing distributor network and developing new resources to achieve the sales target
• Responsible for customer satisfaction
• Responsible for collection of payment

Education: Graduate; Engineering and/or post graduate qualifications are an added advantage Length and type of experience: 5 to 8 years experience in Industrial Sales in the territory

Soft Skills: Hands on approach for applications development, curiosity and innovative attitude are necessary. High energy, territory management, communication and commercial skills are essential.

Must be a citizen/ permanent resident of Uganda / Tanzania

Compensation and Career Prospects: Compensation is based on competence.
