Help Desk Administrator Job Description
- Receiving and Logging in repair jobs and assigning them to engineers/technicians
- Logging in telephone support calls and scheduling repairs on site
- Updating LAN support and following up on resolution of jobs
- Planning and scheduling clean-up jobs on PM contracts
- Customer service on status update of ongoing jobs
- Dispatch of completed jobs and billing of the same
- General administration and supervision of workshop staff
- Sending quotations for repair jobs
Key qualifications
- Diploma in IT, business administration, sales, front office operations
- Knowledge of working with computers in a windows environment essential
- Good interpersonal and people management skills
- Good command of spoken English language, fluent and polite
- Knowledge of LAN support will be an added advantage
- Creative problem solver.
