DUTIES
1. To supervise staff in supplies department
2. In charge of procurement
3. To be the secretary of the tender committee

QUALIFICATIONS

EXPERIENCE
At least 3 years of working experience in building,
roads and Quantification of works
DUTIES
1. To supervise staff in works department
2. Produce bill of Quantities (BQS) for the projects to be
undertaken by Council
3. To monitor, evaluate and certify projects undertaken by
the council
4. To check and carry out building plan approval in
compliance with building plan requirements
5. Prepare reports based on monitoring and evaluation of
council projects

3. COMMUNITY DEVELOPMENT OFFICER, SS10,

2. Diploma in community development or social work and
above from a recognised institution
EXPERIENCE
At least 3 years of working experience in community work
preferably in Local Authority
DUTIES
1. To supervise and coordinate activities of social
services department
2. To interprete the correct policies on community
development issues
3. Carryout LASDAP process
4. Prepare reports on the activities of social services
department as required by management
COMPETENCIES
1. Strong communication skills
2. Command of English, Kiswahili and Ngaturkana
language
3. Computer literacy

EXPERIENCE
At least 3 years of working experience as a computer
programmer
DUTIES
1. To computerize the council operation system
2. To supervise and coordinate the operation of the
council IT department
3. To train other Council workers who are IT illiterate
4. To generate Council periodic reports in prescribed
formats
COMPETENCIES
1. Ability to maintain and update council records
2. Ability to repair and maintain the computers
3. Ability to install, upgrade and customize the computer
5. MARKETS INSPECTOR, SS10, GROSS SALARY
OF KSHS. 32,500.00 PER MONTH
QUALIFICATIONS
1. At least C (plain) and above in KCSE or Division III in
KCE
2. KATC Finalist, CPA Part I or its equivalent from
recognized college
EXPERIENCE
At least 3 years of working experience
DUTIES
1. To generate reports to assist in addressing revenue
shortcomings
2. To supervise revenue staff
3. Appraise revenue staff performance
4. Prepare revenue enhancement plan
5. Prepare weekly, monthly and Quarterly revenue
reports
