AFRICA RE announces a vacancy for the position of Translator/Precis-Writer.

Key Responsibilities
Among other duties, the successful candidate would:
- Translate corporate documents from French to English;
- Prepare summary records of statutory and other meetings as may be required;
- Carry out any other duty that may be assigned.
Qualifications and Experience
Applicants should hold:

- Bachelor's degree in Languages with at least 10 years post qualification relevant work experience or Masters degree or full professional qualification in Translation plus 6 years relevant work experience;
- Membership of relevant professional bodies would be an advantage;
- Be computer literate.

- Nationals of member States of Africa Re;
- At least 30 years and at most 45 years old.
Other Information
- Status: The selected candidate shall be based in Lagos and will enjoy immunities and privileges attached to the position.
- Salary: Attractive and comparable to what is offered by similar Inter-African Financial Institutions to officers of similar rank. Various allowances are also granted.
